Moscow, November 25 – IA Neftegaz.RU. The pumping of oil from Russia to Slovakia through the main oil pipeline ( MNP ) Friendship through Ukraine resumed after a stop.
This was announced by the press secretary of the Czech pipeline operator MERO B. Puttsova.
On November 24, 2022, the Bratislava TV channel TA3 reported that the supply of oil along the southern line of the MNP Druzhba from Ukraine to Slovakia was interrupted due to a power outage.
Oil supplies to the Czech Republic, according to the MERO, continued due to sufficient operational reserves in Slovakia.
Later, adviser to the president of Transneft, I. Demin, said that Ukrtransnafta was preparing to resume the work of the MNP Druzhba.
Power supply to the oil pumping station ( PS) Brody was restored, Ukrtransnafta began preparations for the resumption of pumping.
B. Puttsova then confirmed that the problems with the supply of electricity, which caused a short interruption in the supply of oil, have been completely eliminated, the supply of Russian oil through Ukraine to Slovakia has resumed.

On November 23, 2022, oil pumping was stopped at sites in the Novgorod-Volynsky – Brody area.

There were no interruptions in the supply of oil to the Czech Republic and Slovakia then, due to the use of reserves in the tank farm of the oil delivery point (PSN) Budkovce in Slovakia, which is enough to work for several days.
According to the plan, oil pumping to Hungary has not been carried out for several days and will be stopped for another week.
Prior to this, oil pumping through the Ukrainian section of the Druzhba oil pipeline stopped last week.
On November 15, 2022, Ukraine notified Transneft of the suspension of oil pumping through the Druzhba oil pipeline in the direction of Hungary due to a voltage drop.
Oil pumping resumed through the Druzhba oil pipeline through Ukraine towards Hungary in the evening of November 16, but under low pressure.
MNP Druzhba provides oil supplies to Belarusian oil refineries ( OR ) and its transit to Europe.
The pipeline starts in the Samara region and reaches the administrative border of Russia with Belarus, where in the village. High (LPDS Unecha in the Bryansk region) is divided into 2 lines.
The northern line passes through the territory of Belarus and further to Poland and Germany.
The southern line goes through Mozyr (Belarus) to Brody (Ukraine) and further to the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
