Moscow military commissar: conscripts called up in 2023 will not be sent to the NVO zone.

Conscripts of the 2023 draft year will not be sent to the zone of the special military operation (SVO). This was stated by the military commissar of Moscow, Colonel Maxim Loktev in the press center of “MK”.

The military commissar recalled that the decision not to send conscripts to the special operation zone was made by Russian President Vladimir Putin . According to Loktev, the corresponding order of the head of state “applies to recruits in 2023 as well.”

The execution of the order is kept under special control by Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu , recalled Loktev. He assured that not a single draftee of the current draft campaign would go to the NWO zone.

Spring conscription began on April 1. As part of it, 147,000 recruits are planned to be drafted into the Russian Armed Forces. The call will last until July 15.
