Kazakhstan closes its trade representation in Russia

The government of Kazakhstan has adopted the resolution on liquidation of its trade representation in Russia. The respective document was published in the databank of regulations of the country.

Russia and Kazakhstan signed the agreement on opening of trade representations in October 1992. The document was ratified in 2012. Kazakhstan opened its trade representation in Moscow in 2009. Its branch was also opened in Kazan.

The authorities of Kazakhstan announced the plan to close its trade representation in early February. The Ministr of Trade explained the decision with optimization of work of government agencies.
