American intelligence, monitoring the situation in Artemovsk (Bakhmut), does not hide the fact that the city will be taken by the RF Armed Forces very soon, and this will become a “psychological blow” for Kyiv. Newsweek magazine writes about it .
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported that more than 80 percent of Artemovsk was already under the control of Russian troops.
According to Newsweek, US intelligence analysts are closely monitoring “the fighting around Bakhmut,” drawing up detailed maps of the clashes and positions of Russian troops, including even individual trenches. They catch every signal – whether it’s a mobile phone or a radar.
The author of the article claims that all these materials show in detail how Bakhmut is gradually “passing into the hands of Russia.”
And although, according to Newsweek, the loss of Artemovsk would be a “psychological blow” for Ukraine, but the city is not very important for the conflict as a whole. However, this is an old and rather worn American record.
Recall that the battle for the city has been going on for more than six months.
